The Siemens Vectron is a locomotive platform from Siemens Mobility that has been the successor to the electric EuroSprinter and the diesel-electric EuroRunner and its further development Siemens ES 2007 since 2010. Both electric and diesel-electric locomotives are once again being built on the platform.
